One of the biggest events in world piping continues its three-year run in Paisley. With 4,000 pipers and drummers from across the UK and abroad set to compete, and over 200 live performances, this should be a spectacle of sight and sound not to be missed!

Time: 9am - 6pm
Venue: St James' Playing Fields, Paisley

One of the biggest events in world piping continues its three-year run in Paisley.

With up to 4,000 pipers and drummers from across the UK and abroad set to compete, and over 200 live performances, this should be a spectacle of sight and sound not to be missed!

Attractions will include:

  • a food village
  • a children's entertainment zone, and
  • the Slug in a Bottle craft market.

Free parking for the event is available at the Paisley 2021 Stadium, Greenhill Road and West College Scotland, Renfrew Road with a free shuttle bus running between both these parking sites and the event site.

A free shuttle bus will also run between Paisley Gilmour Street Station and the event site if you're travelling to Paisley by train or in the town centre beforehand. Paisley St James Station is only a short five-minute walk from the event site.
