All my items are hand made to order and I try to dispatch within a week and will let you know if there is any delay in this. I use Evri (MyHermes) 2-3 working days service for UK deliveries. I try to keep the postage costs as low as possible so use Royal Mail International standard which means Europe 2 weeks, USA 6-8 weeks and Australia 12 weeks. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade to a quicker service. Please note that duties and taxes are applicable on arrival.
It is important to me that my products are high quality and that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return within 10 days of receipt and in their original condition. Please obtain a receipt of postage from the post office when you return a parcel. A full refund for the goods will be refunded however postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Refunds will only be given for customised goods if they are found to be faulty.
