You should receive your goods within 7-10days of placing your order. This may take a little longer for goods that are made to order or out of stock however we will keep you informed if there is likely to be a delay. All delivery prices are calcualted based on the total weight of the order and the end destination. The following rates will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on these two factors;
We do try and keep our postage costs to a minimum however it is also very difficult to quote on every eventuality therefore if you feel that our postage costs are excessive for your particular order, please email me for a specific quotation.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.
It is important to me that my products are high quality and that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return within 10 days of receipt and in their original condition. Please obtain a receipt of postage from the post office when you return a parcel. A full refund for the goods will be refunded however postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Refunds will only be given for customised goods if they are found to be faulty.
As with many wool items there may be variations in shades in different batches. Although I will always try to ensure that complete orders are made up from the same batch variations may occur if various items are purchased at separate times.
As all my cushions are individually hand made each one is unique which means there may be variations in size and pattern.
